Appointments
To schedule an appointment, please call 248 338-6400, and talk to one of our receptionists during regular office hours.
Office Hours:
Monday- 11am to 7pm
Wednesday- 9am to 5pm
Thursday- 8am to 4pm
We will call you at least 24 hours in advance to confirm your appointment. If you are unable to make it to a scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment and bring with you all medications or supplements you are taking or have been taking, your up-to-date medical insurance information, and driver's license.
